Terms and Conditions, data privacy policy and refunds policy: Institute of IT Training Canada (a.k.a IofIT)
- Institute of IT (IofIT) reserves all rights to change/cancel/postpone scheduled classes and training locations at any time
- IofIT can change course syllabi without notifying students
- To achieve the best results it is the student’s own liability to complete projects/assignments in a timely manner and put extra efforts
- IofIT reserves all rights to change training techniques, tools, and methodologies at any time
- IofIT does not guarantee students to find work practicum or job, however, the team will assist students at their best capacity to land a job/work placement
- If you drop from classes for personal reasons/illness/covid, please inform us to help you accommodate in the upcoming batch (subject to seat availability); no refunds if you stop attending classes based on your personal reasons
- For self-paced programs access, you are required to pay full fees in advance and there is no refunds if do not complete the program or practice, the onus is on you to reach out the office/coach to make sure you got helped for questions/doubts/access etc
- If you miss the payment, you will be terminated from all access to the program immediately without notice and your access will be restored once the outstanding payment completed
- All fees are collected in CAD currency
- Fees are subject to change and IofIT has all rights to defer/alter fees for any course at any time.
- Fees are not refundable at any time after you joined the course
- Fees for work experience / practicum are not refundable at any time
- Fees must be paid before the course/batch starts. If you need fees assistance, talk to the administration.
- If you have paid full/part fees and attended one or more class; we do not refund fees. Refunds applies to a student who never used our services
- If you have paid part payment/instalment(s); you are required to pay in full to get full service of the program before the program ends or as discussed with the office admin
- If you would like to remove your association from IofIT (by phone, email, photo or any communication channel) please send email to info@iofit.ca
- You will be using your own laptop/desktop/Operating system/devices/systems and we do not provide expertise on how to use them. It is expected you do know prior to joining the program or consult our office for better guidance
- All our courses are presented on common/standard platforms/systems; you are advised to follow the same as we will not be training/guiding you on other than standard platforms/systems.
- Your paid fees are not transferable to another program and your fees are not transferable to any of your family member or friend
- Any student expelled from IofIT for any reason is not eligible for a refund. Students who withdraw before completing their program will not receive a refund for any term – fully or partially completed.
- Credit balances for students who are registered or plan to register in a future term will be carried forward and applied as an appropriate future term. You need a confirmation email from the administration.
- Registration fees for any program are not-refundable
- You are not entitled to transfer/share/copy any of our material/documents and it is subject to data-privacy breach and you will be liable to pay the cost
- You have provided consent to be recorded as part of the sessions/learning; if you do not want to be part of the session recorded please advise us in writing to info@iofit.ca

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BECOMING INSTITUTE OF IT INC., /ATTENDING ORGANISED AND/OR SPONSORED COURSES/PROGRAMS/EVENT/USING THIS WEBSITE. By using this website and/or becoming STUDENT/INQUIRER AT Institute of IT Inc., and/or attending courses/programs/events and/or organized/sponsored events, you agree to these terms of use. Institute of IT Inc., reserves the right, at any time, to modify or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or updates.
MEMBERSHIP/EVENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
- Personal Info:I understand that Institute of IT Inc., must collect, retain and use my personal information to enroll me as a student, enable me to participate in the Program(s)/Course(s) that they may hold, provide information relating to activities & events and permit them to obtain payment, and I consent to such collection, retention, and use of information provided it will not be used for commercial purposes. By checking the “I AGREE” box you are agreeing to these terms.
- Photography Waiver:I agree that Institute of IT Inc., will do photography of different events. Institute of IT Inc., has the rights to post event photos on website and other events to advertise institute’s activity. For more information, please refer to Terms and Conditions page.
- Liability Waiver:I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my behavior and will obey all the rules and regulations pertaining to the course/program/events and all related activities organized by the Institute of IT Inc., I understand that the Institute of IT Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers and other affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by me or any members of my family. I acknowledge that I understand and accept the risks associated with these courses/programs/events and activities and consent to my participation in these events and all related activities. By completing and submitting this form I agree to these statements
- Event Cancellations: If Institute has to cancel the course/program/event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a full refund of the course/program/event fee only. We will not refund the following;

- Any travel or hotel costs associated with the cancellation of an event
- Any fees relating to the joining of a Faculty or Special Interest Group with respect to the course/program/event booking.
Institute of IT Inc., accepts no liability if a course/program/event is canceled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
General Rules: Event
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases.
- No exchange of fees/tickets will be made under any circumstances and fees/tickets are not transferable.
- Lost or damaged ticket(s) would not be entertained.
- The fees/tickets may be collected before or at the venue the date of the event 2 hours before the beginning of the event.
- The resale of fees/tickets is prohibited. Institute of IT Inc., reserves the right to cancel any fees/tickets that have been resold.
- Infants and children under 18 are not permitted during the course/program/event and it is subject to Director’s written approval in a different situation
- Venue/Campus owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
- No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by the Institute of IT Inc.,
- Purchasers of courses/tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing course/tickets/merchandises from Institute of IT Inc., By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use.
You Are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the course/program/event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the course/program/event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers etc.
Use of Social Media
- You may be added to social media’s like WhatsApp/Linkedin/Facebook/Twitter/Other media’s for better communications
- You may be asked to add google reviews and to take parts in different surveys to help better services
- Your photo/video may be used within/other group as part of the Institute marketing plan and no other commercial use
- Your social media appearance and appropriate behavior required at all time for yourself and other users of the group; you would be removed if found inappropriate behavior and Institute of IT Inc., is not liable for any social/financial loss
- It is Institute of IT Inc’s right to keep you or remove you from any such media
Abuse/violence/harassment at the workplace/Campus
- At no circumstances, you/your family/friends will abuse directors/staff/partners/event organizers of Institute of IT Inc.
- Violence at the workplace/campus is strictly prohibited and as a result you/your family/friends will be asked to remove the place immediately
- Appropriate actions will be taken for any misconduct/abuse/violence at workplace/campus
