Every organization in North America needs a professional QA Analyst or Automation Analyst who can start working from day one on their CI/CD enhancement projects within a project team. 

A QA Lead is responsible to:

• Develop Test Plans and Test Strategies for a brand-new or ongoing project delivery
• Develop test scenarios, and use cases for in-house or outsourced developed web/mobile application
• Design and Review Entry-Exit criteria and QA metrics as part of the plan
• Design Integration, Regression, and Smoke Test Cases; use JIRA/Atlassian tool to upload and execute test cases
• Identify, analyze, and report a detailed integration/regression bug; Take a lead for defect-triage meeting and assign bugs to the developer(s)
• Monitor bug resolution, re-test bugs, and close the bug with adequate evidence as part of bug-life-cycle
• Join daily Stand-Up meetings and provide updates on your QA progress; work with Software Developers and other project stakeholders daily
• Complete Functional/Black-Box, Selenium WebDriver Automation, API Testing, and SQL Validations as part of end-to-end testing of the application-under-test
• Understand sprint, agile, release, priority, and severity and apply the knowledge and experience to apply QA standards to improve existing QA processes and methodology
• Configure User Acceptance Tests and support business stakeholders to execute and report bugs for UAT testing
• Report daily/weekly test execution and defect summary through JIRA Dashboard; present Sign-Off report to all project stakeholders

This is a complete QA program that would help you land either a QA Analyst, Senior QA, Lead QA, Automation Analyst, or Intermediate QA role anywhere in North America. This program would train you for Manual/Functional, SQL, API, and Selenium Automation testing skills with hands-on projects. 

DURATION:

Weekdays: 3 months in duration includes training + job applications.

Weekends: Saturday or Sunday (morning) except long weekends. 3 months in duration includes training + job applications.

• Front-End/Back-End technologies and process
• Level: Beginner to advanced, best suitable for beginners having no prior IT experience or education

• Practical assignments at the end of every session, work on a real-time project to apply your learning
• Working experience on Jira/Zephyr/Atlassian/Postman tool for test case and defect management
• Resume Writing Assistance with 3+ year work-experience included
• Work references provided for QA Lead roles for each interview or job offer
• Guidance on LinkedIn Profile Update
• An online library full of resource contents, study materials, journal articles, and conference webinar videos
• The median pay of 75k -85 k per year or $50-$75 per hour
