Business Analysis is a practice through which a change is implemented in an enterprise by identifying problems or opportunities, defining/identifying needs, and recommending a viable solution that adds value to the business goal

What to do in Business Analysis?

  1. Determine problems/opportunities and identify business needs
  2. Identify, define and recommend a feasible solution for meeting those needs
  3. Elicit, document, and manage end – to – end process in order to meet business and project objectives through requirements life cycle management
  4. Facilitate successful implementation plan for the product/service to achieve a required result of the project

Do I need to have prior experience in Business Analysis to take this training?

Not really. At IOFIT, you will get trained from a very basic level. If you have good communications skills (English-Read/Write/Speak) and able to use Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel) as a regular user then you are good to join. At IOFIT, everything you learn is from real-time examples and projects which would help you visualize practical scenarios when you take a job in this field.

Do I need to have any coding knowledge?

No, business analysts are not required to know coding to perform their role (although some knowledge of coding can sometimes be useful when reviewing functional designs).

What is the minimum requirement(s) for any course of IOFIT?

You should have good communication skills i.e. English speaking, writing, reading and listening. You do not need to show any language proficiency results however we believe you have good communications skills. Also, you should be a regular user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
